The Committee will consist of three (3) School Board members that may alternate annually and three (3) citizen volunteers appointed by the School Board to serve a term of three (3) years or until substantial completion of construction projects as outlined in the notice of bond election.  The citizen volunteers are Kevin Chambers, Paul Haddeland and Steve Macy.

The Committee may not include any employee, vendor, contractor or consultant of the school district. Members must be a resident of the McMinnville School District and registered to vote.

Purpose and Activities of the Committee

The Committee members will be engaged during the design and construction phase of multiple aspects of bond projects and make reports and recommendations to the Board of Directors.

The Committee members will receive bond expenditure reports from District staff and review for compliance with the bond election notice.

The Committee is considered to be solely advisory to the McMinnville School District Board of Directors.

Meetings of and Documents Provided to the Committee

All Committee meetings shall be open to the public. Meeting agendas, minutes and documents will be made available on the District website.
