Employee Access Center updates

EMERGENCY NOTIFICATION SYSTEM

The district is now using the School Messenger system to contact staff by phone, text and email in the event of an emergency.

If you would like to change any of your contact information, please enter those changes in the Employee Access Center.

HOW TO LOG INTO EMPLOYEE ACCESS CENTER

Log in to the Employee Access Center by clicking the link here or going through the staff icon on your school or the district website. (The icon is at the top of the website home page, left of the house icon.)

On the left menu of the staff page, click “Employee Access Center” and follow the log-in prompt. Your User ID is your Employee ID number, which is located below the barcode on the back of your staff badge. If you’ve never logged in before, your password is your full Social Security number without dashes.

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION

On the Employee Access Center page, click the grey “Update” button under the blue Information bar.

The “Phone Number” at the top of the right column is the event of a non-school hours or school hours emergency.

The personal cell phone, also in the right column, will be used for text messages. Note: you MUST opt-in for text message delivery.

HOW TO OPT-IN FOR EMERGENCY TEXT MESSAGES

Once you’ve entered a cell number in the “Personal Cell Phone” field, text a "Y" to number: 67587 to opt-in for emergency messages.
